About Me

Erica began her career working at Ford Models as a Creative Strategist on their Branding and Development Board from 2014 to 2018. During her time there, she helped design and implement the agency’s first digital strategy and was responsible for dressing talent for castings, go-sees, and red carpet events. Through this experience, she discovered that styling was her true passion and left to embark on her career as a freelance stylist.

From 2018 to 2020, she worked as an assistant to Global Fashion Director Carlos Nazario, contributing to editorials for publications such as i-D Magazine, American and Italian Vogue, Self-Service, and  projects for various clientele including Burberry, Lanvin, Helmut Lang, and Giambattista Valli.

Erica has since transitioned to support Costume Designer and Fashion Editor Shiona Turini, where she has spearheaded creative projects for brands like Nike and ESPN, as well as working with VIP clients such as Letitia Wright and Beyoncé Knowles. Most recently, Erica worked with Shiona Turini on the Renaissance World Tour, where she played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and facilitating the creation of costumes for Mrs. Knowles-Carter.
